White’s photography explores the interplay between recreation, nature, and human connection. His intimate images, often diaristic in nature, capture fleeting moments and details that convey a rich, lived experience. Whether personal or commissioned, his work reflects a deep affinity for the environment, the shared human experience, and his own desire to travel and engage with the world. White is a published author and has over 20 years industry experience. His work is commissioned locally and globally for advertising  and editorial assignments.
 
Statement 
Often my observations of Australians at leisure centre around water, or places that seem to yearn for it. As one of the most constant features of our environment, I see bodies of water as spaces where Australians gather most naturally, perhaps without even realising how deeply our island setting shapes us. We are a country wrapped by ocean, and I am drawn to it instinctively. That pull often guides my work, creating images that feel contemporary yet might one day serve as a record of this moment in time. We are more connected than ever, socially and globally, yet I am always aware of the ocean’s quiet pull, a reminder of our desire for connection that is physical, social, and deeply human.
