A saltwater woman who grew up on Wongatha country. It was here in this dry n dusty desert town where Halina found her passion for photography, but it wasn't till 20 years later where it was the right time for her to share her vision, her story and her country. Halina found her way to the saltwater country of Rubibi where she has now just begun her journey of becoming a professional photographer. Halina connects herself through photographing nature, portraits and music gigs. This is just the beginning.
Artist Statement / Description of artwork
The jelly fish flow heavy during the wet season. It becomes unbearable to swim when the jellyfish flood in. It's another sign of the seasons changing. Forever flowing. This is delicious food for the sea turtles. It's the cycle of life.
