American born, Perth based and having travelled vastly in-between, Erin Dowley has experienced mixed successes adjusting to her life as a non-drifter. Confronting the ephemerality of beauty and emotions, Dowley uses the camera to capture fleeting interactions with the environment. Her work invites viewers to linger in these moments, sharing fragments of her journey through the lens.
